Laura Flores Talks About Her Children: "I Am Very Consenting" (PHOTOS)

Laura Flores defines herself as a "very consenting" mother. "I allow my children many freedoms, but without relaxing discipline," he acknowledges. "I try to give them an education that allows them to explore without losing values and integrity," the 52-year-old actress told People en Español.

Maria, the oldest of her four children, is already 17 years old. "She is an upright girl who has never given me a drug scandal or an unwanted pregnancy," Flores confesses. "It has never brought me bad grades, either," he adds.

The Mexican artist also reveals that her daughter "is a great companion." "She helps me a lot with her younger brothers: Patricio, Ana Sofía and Alejandro."

“Obviously each person is a unique individual and I don't know if all my children are going to follow that straight path that my daughter has gone, but I ask God that they do. I'm doing my best to make it so, he said.

Flores, who loves “traveling with his children and exploring new places with them”, confesses that thanks to his offspring he is learning many things. “I am growing as a human being. If they win an award, for example, for me it is an achievement”.

Although he tries to teach them many things, "at the mere hour one learns more from the children than one can teach them," he concludes.
