Lucy Liu is already a mom.
The 46-year-old American actress became the first mother of a son named Rockwell Lloyd Liu, her representative has confirmed to People.
The little boy was born in a womb for rent, explained the representative to the magazine, to which he assured that "the mother and the baby are healthy and happy."
The Elementary star shared a photo with her little boy via social media on Thursday. “I present to you the little man of my life, my son Rockwell Lloyd Liu. In love!”Liu wrote next to the image on Instagram.
Although Rockwell is the actress' first child, Liu has spent years helping children around the world as a UNICEF volunteer since 1994.
Liu claims that being the daughter of two Chinese immigrants has helped her value what she had and made her want to help others.
"I felt like it really made me appreciate the love and care we had," she told People about her parents, now grandparents.
