Singer Ari Borovoy, from the group OV7, and his wife Arlett Kalach, debuted as parents on Tuesday, when their daughter was born in Mexico City.
“I have never felt anything like it. We are happy and my daughter looks like my wife,”said the 33-year-old singer about this happy news.
The newborn weighed 6 pounds (2.73 kg.), 19 inches (49 cm) and is in good health.
Both Borovoy's family and his wife expressed their happiness at the arrival of the couple's first-born, married since January 2011.
“That's right, I am happy and excited. I don't know what comes. I have dreamed without sex, without being clear what the sex will be. Hopefully it comes with health, which is the only thing that interests us. We are ready,”Borovoy had said last year in an interview.
