Ricky Martin Reveals How He Met His Fiancé

Ricky Martin first told us the details of the romantic moment when I asked his fiance, Jwan Yosef, to marry him. Now, the Puerto Rican superstar has just revealed the details of how he met the Swedish artist of Syrian descent.

The initial interaction actually took place via social network.

“I'm scrolling [on Instagram] and I see this beautiful piece of art and I'm like 'Woah, how cool! Whose this? '”Ricky told host Andy Cohen on his show Radio Andy (Sirus XM). “Then I start checking and suddenly I was like,” Oooh! Oooh! ' And then I wrote to him.”

Martin had already mentioned months ago that his admiration for the artist's work was what brought them closer, since he has been collecting contemporary art for some time.

The 45-year-old singer and Josef recently celebrated one year together. The couple revealed their plans to wed in November during the Ellen show.

Martin declined to give details of where and when the wedding will be, however, I have confided to Cohen that the wedding would be over-the-top.

"I have no idea [when the wedding will be]," he said. "But it will be great."

I'm going to make a lot of noise. It will be a three-day wedding. We're going to have fun!”
