The wait might soon be over for Frank Ocean fans.
The R&B singer is set to release his next album, “Boys Don't Cry, on Friday in an exclusive deal with Apple Music, reported The New York Times.
The album was teased last month when the singer shared an image of an old-school library due-date card labeled "Boys Don't Cry." The picture featured a series of stamped dates-showing them in chronological order beginning in July 2015-leaving fans in suspense of when the album would actually be released.
Frank Ocean hasn't dropped an album since the successful “Channel Orange” in 2012, which was nominated for six Grammy awards.
The long list of those anxiously waiting includes Grammy Award winner Adele, who has shared her frustration. “I'm just f *** ing waiting for Frank f *** ing Ocean to come out with his album,” she said to Rolling Stone in November 2015. “It's taking so f *** ing long.”
