A 22-year-old young mother is under arrest after confessing that she murdered her three young children at her home in Phoenix, according to police authorities in that city in Arizona.
The woman, Rachel Henry, was detained the day after paramedics responded to a 911 call - the night of Monday, January 20 - made by one of the children's relatives who were in the home at the time of the acts.
