According to those who want to believe, what happened in a house in Rochester Hills, MI, last September was a tale of true terror or a sexual game taken to extremes.

What is certain is that the agents who entered the bedroom of the house at 1:30 am found a scene worthy of Halloween: a naked woman on top of another in minor cloths lying on the floor, both covered in blood. The policemen, who entered the building through a door without a key, had come in response to a complaint from neighbors that a fight was taking place and that cries of pain were heard.

"[The naked woman] appeared to be in a state of contentment," Sheriff Shawn Hopkins sheriff testified in the trial of the case being held these days in a Michigan state court, Detroit's WDIV Local 4 channel reported., ME. “She was having a good time. [The other] was willing, she seemed to be almost in shock."

According to the agent, the naked woman identified as Allison Weaver, 44, told them that they were having "consensual sexual relations" which she played as a wolf and the other woman, 48 and whose name was not provided, vampire. The blood, he told them, was false.

Hopkins, always according to WDIV, added that the woman on the ground had a large wound in the area of her left eye and cheek, apparently due to a bite, and that she seemed to be missing part of her left ear.

When the alleged assailant was removed from the room, the attacked woman denied that it was a consensual sexual act and told them a completely different story, which she repeated in court on Tuesday from the witness stand.

She said the two had known each other for a long time through their children, and that night she had invited Weaver to her home. After a while of talk enlivened with alcohol and an overly loving kiss from the guest, he left her in the living room and went to sleep.

Already in her sleep, she said, she woke up when Weaver jumped on her bed and on all fours began to look at her in a "very strange" way.

"I said to him: 'What are you doing?' She jumped on me and began to strangle me,”she recalled. "The next thing I remember is that I tried to escape and hear her say, clearly, without reverberation in her voice: 'I'm sorry [the name of the victim], today you have to die."

He assured that he began to scream desperately and hit the ground asking for help. He does not remember the bites, nor the arrival of the police, nor his transfer to the hospital. As a result of the alleged assault, he detailed, in addition to the injuries mentioned, he had bite marks on his stomach, genitals, breasts, back and head.

"They are scars with which I will live all my life," he added.

Following his arrest, Weaver was charged with one count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct, assault with intent to cause serious bodily harm, and assault with intent to maim. Then the one of aggression with strangulation was added.
