According to the lawsuit cited by The Blast and E! News, the artist is being sued for allegedly violating the copyright of this photo agency by sharing this image on her networks without her authorization.
Court documents show that Splash News and Picture Agency are suing Lopez for a hefty amount of ntar on this news.
"Specifically, López or someone who acted on his behalf copied the photo and distributed it on his Instagram, on @jlo's account, in a Story published on November 7, 2017," the documents detail, according to The Blast. The photo agency argues in court documents that López was notified of her “infraction” in a letter to her representative dated December 12, 2017.
