Teens are usually the ones who get cars from their parents when they are old enough to drive, but William, a special boy, gave his mother a used car. The 13-year-old adolescent worked mowing the lawn in his Nevada neighborhood so he could help his mom, who is raising him and his siblings as a single mother.
