A new case of extreme family violence occurred recently in Ohio, where the son of a couple discovered the remains of his father in the family home, and later received the creepy confession from his mother: she had killed him.

As reported by People, although his mother had removed him from his house, on Saturday of last week, Howard Eubank Jr., Decided to forcibly enter her, so he climbed up the wall to enter through one of the windows to that residence. Once inside, he argues that he found a box full of worms and, when he sent a picture of the box to his mother, Marcia Eubank, wondering what it was about, she allegedly sent him a text message with this confession: "I killed to your father".

In the face of such a macabre revelation, Eubank Jr., Called 911 and said to the operator: "I just discovered that my mother killed my father and that I found the pieces of his body in the house … I found the box," he said, sounding like if I were starting to breathe heavily, "and he says there are other parts in the basement. I have the message she sent me."

The suspect, Marcia Eubank, 49, appeared in court Wednesday afternoon on the murder charge of her husband Howard Eubank Sr, 54. In court, she pleaded not guilty.

According to investigators, the man's decomposing remains had been placed in separate containers around his home in Coventry Township, Ohio.

The defendant remains behind bars in the county jail on her murder charge, according to authorities. Her bail has been set at $ 1 million in cash and a judge ordered her to undergo a mental evaluation.

The judge also said he would appoint a lawyer for her, but court records currently do not include one.
