Boxer Causes Fatal Accident Where A Pregnant Woman Died

Cuban boxer Marcos Forestal is accused of causing a crash where a pregnant woman died in Hemet, California. Authorities allege the 28-year-old professional boxer was intoxicated when his BMW collided with Krystil Kincaid's Chrysler minivan, a pregnant mother of three other children.

"Forestal showed symptoms of alcohol poisoning and was arrested," said Hemet police. The boxer recorded and broadcast on Facebook Live the scene of the terrier accident. Although the video has already been deleted from their networks, it was recorded by other users and was also broadcast in El Nuevo Herald.

Hemet Police Department said in a statement they had found Kincaid's car partially on fire with the 8-month-pregnant woman locked inside. The emergency team was able to extinguish the fire and the 29-year-old mother was taken by helicopter to a nearby hospital, where she died as did her unborn baby.

A GoFundMe account was created to help the Kincaid family. Authorities found the boxing champion, who had minor injuries, walking near the accident. In the video, Forestal tells his followers on Facebook when showing his destroyed car: “My people here a car appeared to me and I had an accident… Look what happened to me gentlemen. A car went in front of me and look at what happened to my car. '' The mother was on the cell phone with her husband Zach when the tragedy occurred. The father of her three children and unborn baby, to whom she was married for 12 years, told KTLA that she heard her scream before the impact. The father expressed on Facebook: "My life has been full of adversity but today I experienced the worst of everything."

Zach told The Press Enterprise newspaper that her four children arrived at the hospital expecting to meet their new little sister - whom they were going to call Avalynn Onix - and learned that she and her mother had both died.

Zach added to the newspaper that when he saw the video that Forestal recorded on Facebook Live he was filled with pain and indignation: “It wasn't until I saw that that I was upset with his lack of humanity and compassion. He seems to be the type of person he was. At that moment I realized that he had just killed my wife and daughter and that he only cared about him. I hope that a time in jail allows him to reflect and be a better person when he comes out.” Forestal is incarcerated and will have to appear in court. His case is still ongoing.
