Report To The Chapecoense Team Before The Fatal Accident

A Bolivian television station made a report to the Chapecoense team as it was preparing for the trip to the final of the Copa Sudamericana in Medellín.

On the scale of the aircraft in Santa Cruz, a team from Giga Vision interviewed the Brazilian team and crew members as they waited to take off. Among words of hope to get to play a long-awaited match, the players and coaches of the modest club dreamed of being the winners in the match against Atlético Nacional de Medellín.

Another interviewee was the team's coach, Caio Junior, who was proud to reach the final. It so happens that when the team qualified after defeating the Argentine San Lorenzo in the semifinal, the strategist assured that if he died, he would die "happy" after the feat.

The 77-passenger flight crashed in a mountainous area near Medellín, Colombia, last Monday. Only six survivors were found among the wreckage of the British-made aircraft operated by the Lamia company.

Colombian authorities confirmed on Thursday that the device had run out of fuel when it hit the side of a hill a few miles from the airport.
