Solidarity is once again the protagonist in these moments where many immigrants struggle to survive in subhuman conditions. A Mexican airline has decided to help families who have been separated by giving away flights at no cost.
Donald Trump's zero tolerant immigration policy has been the last straw for the Volaris company, who through his Twitter account has made a direct message public and always in support of those who need it most at the moment.
"It hurts us to see these children without their parents and it is our vocation to reunite them," indicates this solidarity message from the company. The airline has reached an agreement with the authorities of both countries, the United States and Mexico, as well as Central America, in order to unite these families.
And they will do it for free. “Volaris expresses its concern about the situation that some Mexican and Central American immigrants are facing in the United States. Since we found out, Volaris' mission has been to reunite families. They have to be together and our commitment is to help them come together to build a better future, continues the message.
Already, several airlines have distanced themselves from Trump's policy as hatred continues to spread in the country. American Airlines and United have asked the current administration not to use their planes to separate families.
