Former Our Latin Beauty, Vanessa de Roide, confessed how much she had to spend to finally get pregnant with her baby.
De Roide spoke with the beauty queen, Francisca Lachapel, about the struggle she had to give with her husband in order to enjoy the process of motherhood today. The Puerto Rican model waited 12 weeks, three months of gestation, to share the news of her pregnancy on medical recommendation.
Lachapel told De Roide that the message he wrote to his baby on social media was very moving. They were both excited. Even the future mom could not continue reading everything she wrote on her Instagram account due to emotion. Dear @ hij @: Someday you will know everything that your parents prayed for you, that there was not a day that we wondered why it could not happen but only God knows when the time is right. You cannot imagine how many times I dreamed of being able to announce to the world that I expected what I had wanted so much and that all those fallen tears were not in vain because now you will soon be with us,”he wrote.
De Roide commented that she and her husband Jorge Meléndez had experienced the emotion of thinking that they were pregnant three times. However, the first time the embryo did not grow. The second time she had an ectopic pregnancy and the third time, there was "the sac, but the baby did not form." Therefore, the fact that now you can carry it for more than three weeks in your womb is wonderful. About the baby's sex, De Roide humbly expressed: "I'm not in a position to decide after so much fighting."
