Police officers from a small town in New Hampshire got a huge scare when a man wanted by the law bit his police dog and put a key to his neck to restrain him.

Spokesmen for the Boscawen Town Police Department, located in the northeast part of the state, released the news through their official Facebook page. There it was explained that this Sunday around 3:13 pm, police officer Daniel Livingston and his German Shepherd dog K9Veda, accompanied by Troop D. Barracks, a state police officer, responded to a call for help by a shooting.

When they arrived at the scene, two subjects had barricaded themselves in a mobile home at the rear of a property. The police and the owner of the house demanded that the subjects leave, but they refused.

The police proceeded to break a glass to enter the vehicle before the refusals of the individuals. The canine agent was the first to enter the mobile home where they found one of the subjects hidden under a pile of clothing. When the dog approached him, the guy reacted by hitting and kicking the dog and at one point held her by the neck to give her a big bite on the head.

After fighting with the individual - whose name was not revealed - the dog was released and both people were arrested. Now the two involved face charges for resisting arrest, assault on a police officer, an expired arrest warrant and above all: interfering with the work of a police dog.
