Father Of A Boy From The Bullying Video Is Imprisoned

The story of the boy who recorded a viral video about how he has suffered bullying in school, does not stop creating news. First, some photos were discovered on Facebook in which his family posed in front of a Confederate flag, which for many is seen as a sign of racism. And now, shortly after his mother claimed that was only a joke, other controversial photos came to light, this time those of his father, who is in prison.

Shawn White, Keaton Jones' dad, has been behind bars in the Knox County Jail since May 2015, as reported by TMZ. He was jailed for a probation violation related to a 2012 aggravated assault conviction.

In addition, that medium also reported that in 2014 White had shared several memes and photos related to white supremacy on his Facebook page, including a shirtless selfie, revealing the words "Pure Breed" and "White Pride" tattooed on his chest and stomach. His ink collection also includes the letters "CWB," which is a common abbreviation for a well-known gang: Crazy White Boy.

White's alleged links to white supremacy is just the latest twist in insane history, which has dominated the headlines since the Keaton viral video was first shared earlier this week. In this one, the boy, visibly affected and between tears, revealed how some classmates call him ugly, they spit out their food at lunch and do not leave him alone. His emotional message made many celebrities show their support and even wanted to help him.

Given all this commotion, his mother Kimberly Jones, recognized this morning on the television show This Morning, that her son has not been able to return to school: “After seeing how great (this) has become, I mean, I think that we should let him die a little bit before making a decision in order to have something of a reality of what life is going to be like."
