Illinois police arrested a man living in Pennsylvania, charging him with the savage murder of a 19-year-old girl who on October 31 would have broken her neck for not accepting her marriage offer.

According to The Daily Mail, Christopher Tucker, 34, is being held as the prime suspect in the cold-blooded murder of the girl he was dating, 19-year-old Tara Serino.
