The German model Martina Big has made a career out of her extreme look changes. She first underwent surgery to bring her bust to a gigantic measure and more recently underwent treatment to change her skin tone.

As he explained in an interview to the YouTube channel Bacroft TV, he told his doctor that he had problems with tanning and that he wanted his skin to take on a “crisp brown” tone, so he found “a really good solution” for him.

This consisted of prescribing three injections of a substance that darkened his skin. “Since the first injection, my skin started to get darker and darker. And I'm happy that it performed so well,”she noted with pleasure.

He said the radical change irritated even his most devoted fans, as they had never seen a blonde, white woman darken her skin tone before. But she is very proud of her new skin.

This is not the first change to her appearance to which she undergoes, since at 29 she affirms that she has the largest breasts in Europe and her goal is to have that world record.

"When she was in seventh grade at school, she had a natural bust size of 32 D," she says on her Facebook page, where she also expresses her admiration for models like Pamela Anderson.

In her YouTube channel chat, she also revealed that she has accomplished her radical transformation with the help of her boyfriend Michael, whom she met in high school when she was 17. "You are pretty and you have great charisma," he told her.

Since then, with her support, she has undergone over twenty surgeries and procedures to change the appearance of her body, including her lips and skin.
