Mexican Singer Does Have Custody Of Her Son

After Ninel Conde was accused by her ex-partner Giovanni Medina of alleged illegal removal of Emmanuel, the actress finds that the authorities gave her the care of the child.

"Since June 23, Judge 37 of the Family Law of the Federal District, decreed the custody guard in favor of Mrs. Ninel [Conde]," Conde's lawyer, Jaime Inchaurrandieta, explained to the Mexican television program Ventaneando (TV Aztec). "Since then we have tried to locate Mr. Giovanni [Medina] so that he can defend himself against that trial, which is a trial that has been filed since June."

According to the legal representative of the singer, Medina "knows that he does not have guard and custody" and therefore, he is trying to make agreements in other courts, which is illegal and "invalid because only the judge of what is 37 he who knows the matter and knew it from the beginning has decreed this situation.”

Inchaurrandieta also mentioned that they have not received any resolution from the businessman's lawyers; unlike Conde's ex-partner.

"Yesterday he was perfectly notified, even signed for receipt," he warned. "It is officially notified that the guard and custody belongs to Mrs. Ninel."

He denied that Giovanni Medina had presented any evidence in court for what he describes as "smoke bombs" his statements in the media.
