Olympic gymnast Alexandra Rose Raisman, known as Aly, shared a photo on Instagram with a message in which she exhorts the woman not to allow anyone to comment on her body.

The captain of the award-winning United States gymnastics team, who competed with Laurie Hernández in the last Rio Olympics, accompanied a photo in a bathing suit with the following forceful message for women.

“Wear what makes you feel happy and safe. Never allow anyone to tell you how you should or should dress. We all have the right to use what we want. Women do not have to dress modestly to be respected,”said the medalist emphatically.

He also added that the woman should feel proud of her body and that it is not a mere matter of how much you weigh, but of the person you are, your essence.

“You are all unique and beautiful in your form. Nobody is perfect And it doesn't matter who you are, whether man or woman, we all have those days of insecurity. We are all humans. Everyone's story is important. ALL”, he observed.

To conclude, her message thanked everyone for inspiring her every day.
