At 7 years old, Gianessa Wride knows what it is like to face life with creativity and, above all, a positive attitude.

So, despite suffering from alopecia, when she found out that there was a contest for the craziest hair at her school (Crazy Day Hair), she decided to win it by making her little head shine more than the others - literally.

With the help of her mother Daniella Wride covered her little head with brightly colored “precious jewelery” decals or stickers. In addition, he designed original figures around her: from an owl with eyes in flower shapes, to other little flowers.

CNN reported that the little girl only recently discovered her illness. It happened in January when her mother was brushing her hair and saw with horror that much of her hair had fallen out. He immediately took her to the dermatologist, thinking that he would tell her how to make him grow again, but there he received the harsh news that he had no easy remedy: his daughter has alopecia.

According to the National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases (NIAMS), alopecia areata is a disease that affects the hair follicles, the areas of the skin that give hair growth. In most cases, the hair falls out in strands and, although rare, can cause total hair loss.

In Gianessa's case, 20 days after her diagnosis, she lost all her hair, including her eyebrows.

Far from being depressed by that harsh diagnosis, mother and daughter have confronted him in an optimistic way and have begun to share Gianessa's look changes on Daniella's Instagram account.

There the little girl appears smiling wearing bandanas, scarves and even a wig. But, without a doubt, her best accessory is her wide and sweet smile, with which she shows that she is ready to disarm any situation, however difficult it may be.
