The video may not have disturbed the eternal rest of the dead, but it did raise welts among the living.

Authorities in Guadalajara, Mexico began an investigation against a pornographic movie actress named Janeth Rubio, as well as the production team that helped her make a video where she appears in hot scenes among the graves of a well-known cemetery in that city.

After posting the video on her portal, the actress also known as “La Prima” shared two photos of the same on Twitter along with this question: “where do you think I recorded?”.

Immediately several people identified that it was the Campo Santo in the Pantheon of Mezquitán, the place where many relatives have paid their last tribute to hundreds of deceased - something that sparked strong criticism.

The Mayor of Guadalajara, Enrique Alfaro, was quick to react and immediately indicated that the Cemetery Directorate did not give the relevant authorization to carry out such filming.

According to the newspaper El Universal, the penal code of Jalisco, the state to which that city belongs, stipulates in one of its chapters on moral outrage that people who “on site will be penalized from 3 months to 2 years public and by any means execute and have obscene exhibitions executed by another.

Alfaro assured that he does not intend to ignore this crime. "Of course, the corresponding complaints will be investigated and filed, on the part of the authority there is no permission for any filming exercise to be carried out within this pantheon," he assured.
