On his Instagram page, Vinny Ohh describes himself as a "plastic surgery worshiper." And it does not exaggerate. In his 22 years of life he has already made 110 interventions, but not necessarily to look more attractive. His desire: to achieve the appearance of a genderless alien.

The young makeup artist who lives in California began to change his appearance at age 17, making fillers on the lips, cheekbones and eyebrows, as well as two surgeries on the nose.
