Hunter Biden Confirms He's Dating His Brother's Widow

Hunter Biden, the youngest son of former Vice President Joe Biden, confirmed that he has a relationship with Hallie Biden, the widow of his older brother Beau, who died in 2015 from cancer when he was 46 years old.

As reported by People magazine on its online site, Hunter made his relationship with whoever was the wife of his deceased brother official through a statement.

“Hallie and I are incredibly fortunate to have found love and support in each other during such difficult times. This has been obvious to the people who love us the most,”Hunter shared. "We have been fortunate to have family and friends who have supported us every step of the way," he added.

The report adds that the now couple began their romantic relationship after Hunter divorced his wife Kathleen Biden in October 2015 (5 months after her older brother's death), with whom he has three children: Finnegan, Maisy and Naomi Biden. Hallie is also the mother of two children, a product of her marriage to Beau: Natalie and Hunter Biden.

The former vice president and his wife Jill Biden also released a statement endorsing the unusual relationship.

“We are fortunate that Hunter and Hallie found each other when they were rebuilding their lives after so much sadness. They have my support and that of Jill completely and we are happy for them”, they assured.
