Mexico woke up in mourning for the explosions that occurred inside a fireworks market in Tultepec, State of Mexico, north of the Aztec capital.
The outbreak, which occurred around 2:52 p.m. Tuesday in the San Pablito market, and was felt miles from the site, which was crowded with customers preparing for the Christmas holidays.
The first reports indicated that there were 31 dead and several missing.
This morning, and after a series of press reports and reports on social networks of the state governor, Eruviel Ávila, it has been confirmed that 29 people died in the place and 3 more died in the hospitals where they were transferred.
Three of the survivors are minors and there is a missing baby.

In Mexico, it was reported that some of the victims would be transferred to specialized burn hospitals in and outside of Mexico.
According to CNN en Español, the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic of Mexico has already started an investigation into what happened.
"My condolences to the relatives of those who lost their lives in this accident and my wishes for a speedy recovery for the injured," said the President of Mexico, Enrique Peña Nieto, who is originally from the State where the tragedy occurred, in a Twitter message.
