By signing the agreement, the lawsuit continues, Pérez not only accepted the terms of the agreement, but also agreed to receive 25 percent of the net benefits derived from the use of those assets.

Perez, who married the interpreter of “Como la flor” in 1992, expressed in a statement in mid-November that he felt ready to make their relationship come to life on the small screen.
