Then I knew it was bipolar."

According to Justin Bieber's ex-partner, he has done a lot of research about it because it helps him understand what's happening to him. She does not agree with hiding these types of situations that she considers should be discussed openly because it is a matter of mental health.

“When I go looking for more information, it actually helps me. It doesn't scare me once I meet her and I think people are scared of it, "she warned. "I've seen it even in my own family [wanting to avoid these kinds of issues]."

The also actress made it clear that not facing this problem is harmful for those who suffer from it.

"You have to look great, and then I see pent-up anger in teens and young adults," he added. "I feel like when I finally said it, I wanted to know everything and my fear was gone."

Selena Gomez's confession was very well received among netizens, who upon learning about other health problems that the interpreter of "Wolves" has suffered, such as Lupus and the kidney transplant she underwent, praised her strength.
