After a decade as the protagonist of successful Televisa soap operas such as La malquerida and La doble vida de Estela Carrillo, Ariadne Díaz is looking forward to the new professional stage that opens before her now that she is no longer tied to an exclusive contract.

Away from melodramas for more than a year, the Mexican actress has decided to put aside the genre that saw her be born as a star to accept new professional challenges that allow her to grow.

"I don't feel like making novels, I have many invitations, but right now I don't want to make novels," Ariadne recently declared in a recent meeting with the press in Mexico.

The 33-year-old interpreter, who has nearly 5 million followers on Instagram alone, does not deny her past as a soap opera actress, but at this point in her life in which she finds herself, it is not among her plans to headline a melodrama again..

"I am very proud of all the novels I have made, I am very grateful and happy for the large public that I have thanks to that, but right now I don't want to make [novels]," she said.

"Right now I am waiting for a very cool project that is more like a series," she said excitedly. "I feel that somehow I am free to work where I want then, now I am living freedom."

Waiting for that project that will challenge her as an actress after years typecast in melodrama, Ariadne is enjoying her facet as Diego's mother to the fullest with her husband Marcus Ornellas.

Proud of her offspring, the actress continues to show off the youngest of 3 years through her social networks with photos like this that melt anyone's love.
