Ana Bárbara In Economic Problems Due To Coronavirus

The coronavirus pandemic has forced to avoid massive events or those where many people congregate; therefore, live events and concerts have been canceled or postponed, which has economically affected the entertainment sector. Ana Bárbara had no problem accepting that due to the contingency caused by COVID-19, her income has been reduced.

“Of course it affects me a lot [the coronavirus contingency] because I live from my voice, I live from singing, from going to presentations. Just as good happens, so does bad. Although yes, financially, I am going to have some drastic changes, obviously, because our work is not an article of first necessity,”Ana Bárbara revealed to the Mexican television program Ventaneando (TV Azteca). “I spoke with a fellow artist and he also said the same thing to me. It is sad to have to suspend the dates”.

The singer, like other of her colleagues, is carrying an isolation next to her three children at her home in Los Angeles, California; However, she considers it simple because she is used to living in very small spaces with many people around her.

“I had a childhood with many limitations; with my parents we lived in a room with six children, mom and dad, in one room. So imagine if it is difficult for me to be in a house”, he mentioned. “Although I have had the opportunity to have spacious houses and everything, I can be in a sheltered house and I can have a quality of life. So, my children exercise indoors or go out on the patio. We have the opportunity to have a patio. We play sports, they read, they play music: one guitar, the other drums, the other piano”.

Ana Bárbara also communicates regularly, by video chat, with Paula and Emilio, the children of the late Mariana Levy, whom she considers as their offspring, to be aware of them. He hoped that this situation would be resolved in the best way.
