It's hard to see him anywhere other than the stage. Marc Anthony lives for and for art and music, his more than three decades of successes attest to this. However, the excess of work takes its toll and the singer has been forced to park his OPUS tour of the United States whose next stops were Orlando and Houston.
Through a statement, his management team echoed the artist's state of health and the reason for his break. The letter stated that Marc is "experiencing acute and severe back pain and his doctor has advised him to rest for a few days to fully recover," says the EFE Agency.
But do not panic, the canceled shows have been scheduled for next April as reflected in the artist's official pages.
The next date on stage is March 20 in San José, California, the date by which he is expected to be back and fully recovered to "be able to give the best of himself to his faithful followers," reads another part of the statement. We wish him a speedy recovery.
