After being in contact with a person who had the coronavirus, the actor Idris Elba decided to undergo the pertinent examinations and gave a positive result as a carrier of COVID-19; it was the histrion himself who released this information.
"This morning I had a positive result for Covid 19," Elba explained in a video and text that she released on her Twitter account to explain her situation. "I feel good, I have no symptoms so far, but I have been isolated since I discovered my possible exposure to the virus."
Faced with this pandemic that is wreaking havoc around the world, Heimdall's interpreter in the movie Avengers: Infinity War advised his fans to take precautionary measures to avoid further contagion.
"I had no symptoms. I took the test because I realized that I was exposed to someone who tested positive. I found out on Friday that they had tested positive. I was quarantined and immediately tested and got the results today,”he explained. "Beyond that there are people who are not showing symptoms and can easily spread it, ok? so now is the time to be really vigilant about washing your hands and keeping your distance.”
He explained that Sabrina Dhowre Elba, his wife, also underwent the examination and is in perfect condition. Furthermore, Idris Elba will remain isolated so as not to spread the virus to other people.
“If you're feeling bad or feel like you should be tested or have been exposed, then do something about it, okay? It is really important”; mentioned. “Stay home folks and be pragmatic. I will keep you informed of how I am doing.”
