Marc Anthony bought a complete art exhibition, paying for 12 works by French artist Florian Eymann at Avant Gallery in Miami before the exhibition opened. The 51-year-old salsa player saw a sample of the show and was fascinated, a source confirmed.
According to this source, the singer Nuyorrican seemed to be attracted to works that showed distorted faces of famous people such as kings, queens, and politicians. Florian Eymann is known for creating modern versions of classic paintings by Leonardo Da Vinci, Gustav Klimt, and other masters that show distorted images.
Although the interpreter of “Flor pálida” seems to be passionate about art and was struck by these pieces, he will have to wait until the exhibition ends in the gallery to take the works home. The exhibition is titled “Interpretation” and Florian Eymann himself will attend his opening party.
The artist, who is also a great lover of sailing and enjoys the sea in his spare time, is on the OPUS concert tour and won a Grammy for his most recent production of the same title.
The singer recently shared a video on Instagram, confessing that the song “Un amor eterno” was the one that convinced him to record a new salsa album. Where will Marc hang his new works of art? Hopefully by looking at them, you will be inspired to compose many more musical hits.
