A few weeks ago, the conversation that José José's older children, Marysol and José Joel had with his younger sister Sarita, was announced when he informed them of their father's death. Now rumors of an alleged lawsuit by the latter against the eldest son for making the talk public have come to light. What is the reaction of the Elder Kindred of the Prince of Song?
"Go ahead we have the rights we have, I am not saying no," Marysol told the media. "If she [Sarita] is undertaking something, besides, then go ahead."
The descendant of the singer assured that both she and her brother initiated a judicial process prior to the death of the interpreter of "The ship of oblivion" and have not yet notified any lawsuit against him.
"Our legal action did not proceed yesterday. We already bring the record that we bring and the justice that has to be done will be done. [Sarita] having the telephones, having the contact, well we could have said to ourselves 'ok, we will see each other that day to clear up the misunderstandings, pray then, brothers,'”he mentioned. "I am not a judgmental person, but I think the facts in people's lives speak for themselves."
Regarding the controversy caused by the statements of his mother Anel Noreña, who believed that the ashes that came to Mexico from José José could be false, Marysol mentioned that it was all a reasonable doubt about Sarita's actions.
"Personally and closed the door of the house, obviously, he told us [that the ashes could be false]," he confirmed. “I said 'no mommy' I made sure that what they gave and sent, and everything else. The ashes are there. I said, 'Have faith, have peace about it because we did what we had to do and we achieved, what we managed to do.'”
