One of the JetBlue airline crew members reported that she and a partner were allegedly drugged and raped by a co-worker during a stopover in Puerto Rico, according to an explosive lawsuit filed Monday in Brooklyn.
One of the women revealed that she was infected with a sexually transmitted disease.
The lawsuit against JetBlue Airways Corporation names two pilots, Eric Johnson and Dan Watson, but only Johnson is accused of raping one of the victims. Watson allegedly drugged one of the crew's employees, but did not rape her because she vomited, "which killed the desire," the lawsuit says as reported by NBC.
The complaint was filed by two women whose name remains anonymous. One from Riverton, Utah, and one from Fort Worth, Texas.
According to the lawsuit, after a May 9 flight from Washington, the two women and a third crew member, who is not identified in the lawsuit, checked into the Intercontinental Hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico as they had a Stopover before your flight to Newark the next morning.
The lawsuit alleges that it was on the beach that the women began talking to Johnson and Watson and discovered that they were both JetBlue pilots. According to the lawsuit, Johnson gave an open beer to the women he pulled from a lunch box and the women shared it. "The beer was mixed with a drug, and after that moment, the rest of the night became a blur for both of us and the other crew member."
The lawsuit alleges that one of the plaintiffs woke up in a hotel room in a bed with Johnson and the third crew member not involved in the lawsuit. She claims Johnson "was raping her," but "she was unable to react to the situation" due to the alleged drug beer. Her "memory flashes" include Johnson "having sex with another crew member who was also under the influence of drugs," according to the lawsuit. That other crew member was also drugged, he says.
Also remember Johnson said, "Thank you for making my fantasy come true," according to the lawsuit.
JetBlue said in a statement that it cannot comment on the pending litigation, but "it takes allegations of violent or inappropriate behavior very seriously and thoroughly investigates such claims."
"We are working to create a respectful workplace for all of our crew members where they feel welcome and safe," the statement continued.
The lawsuit also includes an explosive allegation about an ETS.

Taking off from an airplane can mean different things to different people. For some it may be the start of an international journey. For others it can mean an emotional journey home. For flight attendants it marks the beginning of their pay hours, as their salary depends entirely on the number of hours the aircraft is in the air.
