Chanel Brings The Beach To Paris

During Paris Fashion Week the most anticipated show is that of Chanel and for obvious reasons. Karl Lagerfeld not only focuses on presenting a collection of envy with the most coveted pieces, but also strives to create the most spectacular settings to serve as a framework for his exquisite pieces. And of course this time was no exception.

On this occasion Lagerfeld decided to present his spring 2019 collection in a rather striking and unusual setting for a fashion show. It turns out that the Grand Palais de Paris, where the brand's collections are always presented, was turned into a heavenly beach with waves, sand and lifeguards included, making those present feel in the tropics in the middle of autumn in the center of Paris.

The Chanel by the Sea collection included the brand's distinctive tweed pieces, as well as flirty skirt and crop top sets, swimsuits, spectacular handbags, straps, lace pieces, and bold prints, as well as fabulous straw hats.

The models walked barefoot with their sandals in their hands along the "beach" that even had a tiki bar and a small wooden pier where the designer came out at the end.
