"We always have dad's support and you have to work as a team, but [moms] are the CEOs of the home," she emphasizes.

As for her beauty routine, as a working mother, the chef ensures that she maintains a very simple care regime. “I generally [use] the same thing: my [moisturizer] from Clinique, my first green from Smashbox and my [base] from Smashbox. What can vary a little is the color, if the blush is a little bit more pink or coral, "she explains, adding that you cannot leave your house without applying eyebrows. Even if I go to the gym!

Although the chef leads a busy life between her projects and personal life, she always takes care of spending time leading a healthy lifestyle. That is why, in addition to confessing an addicted to coconut oil, she drinks plenty of water and also fruits to prolong hydration.

"For me the most important thing is my glass of water with lemon and my fruit every day," he acknowledges.

She herself acknowledges that throughout her career it has always been very important to highlight Mexican culture through her food traditions, as she does in the Mexican Made Simple show and with her recipe books inspired by Mexican food. "Food for me has been a vehicle to keep my family together," he shared, "It has been super important for me to set the table, sit down to eat, to talk …", he says.
