Who doesn't remember the famous movie Mean Girls, which caused a sensation when it was released in 2004? And it is that many girls felt identified with the very fabulous, popular and believed Regina Georges, a character played by Rachel McAdams, or with the innocent and shy character of Cady Heron, played by Lindsay Lohan. Since then the film has become one of the most viewed youth movies. That is why from the moment the Storybooks Cosmetics brand announced that it would launch a shadow palette inspired by it, the internet went crazy.
"We are incredibly excited to collaborate with Paramount (Pictures) to get the Mean Girls permission to do this," Missy Maynard, the brand's co-founder, told Popsugar. “We are fans of Mean Girls and this eyeshadow palette was the first we dreamed of doing. When we finished the permits we were very excited.”
Named after the Burn Book Eye Shadow Palette, a name that fans of the movie obviously understand, it includes twelve colors and will be released next fall.
Although there are no photos available yet, we hope that the palette includes a lot of pink and that the names are as ingenious as some of the famous phrases -That's So Fetch, On Wednesday We Wear Pink, You Go Glen Coco-.
What autumn is coming soon, please.
