Actress, singer and Disney star Sofía Carson visited our offices to discuss her new projects and share her style secrets with us.
The Colombian-born artist, who will serve as presenter of the Radio Disney Music Awards on April 30, has just released her first single called Back to Beauti ful and is preparing, in turn, for the premiere of the movie Descendants 2 this summer on the Disney Channel. "It's very special," Carson says of the lyrics for the new single. It's about beauty not as a physical concept… but about being beautiful inside”.
We took advantage of the visit of one of our Beautiful of 2015 to tell us about her tastes for fashion, after having seen her during the Paris Fashion Week looking super-stylish and fashionable in the fashion shows of designers like Dior and Akris. "I felt like a princess," says Carson. “I have always been a fashion lover. For me it is very special and it is an important part of my career”.
There is no doubt about that, judging by the extremely fine and classic style, with modern touches, of the outfits he wears at the events he goes to. “For me there are fashion icons like Audrey Hepburn and Grace Kelly that were so timeless, elegant and classic. That is always an inspiration to me,”says the star, who adds wisely. "The rich thing about fashion is that your style is who you are, it is an expression of who you are and you have to enjoy it and feel comfortable in your own skin."
