New York Men's Fashion Week, of which J Balvin is part as ambassador, is in full swing and we had the opportunity to attend the presentation of designer Carlos García Vélez, one of the Latino talents who has the privilege of present their work at such an important event. The Mexican autumn / winter collection stands out for its avant-garde pieces, with structured cuts and in neutral colors perfect for that season. "In this collection we focus on the work of artist Gordon Matta-Clark and on the idea of the interception of geometry," says the artist, whose clients include singers Nick Jonas and Common.. “We apply it to the body but also to space. As a tool we use the tape for construction. With that we also draw the garments”.

To achieve an appropriate look for the collection, John Rudiant, AX stylist, created different hairstyles on the models, leaving the hair careless and looking fresh, taking into account the personality of each one. "For the show we opted for a more individual and natural look," explained the expert.
