
A pool party at the legendary New York Studio 54 hosted by model Jerry Hall in the 70s would have been the perfect setting to show off the collection of designer Michael Costello.
Favorite of many Latin celebrities, such as Lucero, Thalía, Alejandra Espinoza or Kate del Castillo, the angelino marveled in his Spring / Summer 2016 show with designs full of movement, long layers, structured shoulders in vibrant tones such as fuchsia, mustard yellow or turquoise blue.

Among the models, we find many Hispanic faces, such as the Puerto Rican Keyshla Maisonet, who told us how excited she was in what is being her second season of fashion shows in New York. "I have done 7 shows, Michael Costello is one of the most recognized and the clothes I am going to wear is spectacular."

To accompany the sumptuous outfits, the makeup artist Uzo, from Nars, was inspired by the collection itself. "It is a night makeup transferred to the day, where the protagonists are the pink tone of the lips in matte and a smooth and luminous skin."

Also the hair was in tune with the time, with waves combed to the side by the stylist E. Price, from Redken. “It is a very bright style, very combed and above all very healthy. We have used several products, but the idea is to make it look soft, as if they don't carry anything.”
