Sofía Vergara continues to expand her empire of perfumes. The actress will now launch a new fragrance alongside Avon in the fall.
According to the Colombian, the So Very Sofía perfume, with floral and fruit notes, was created for the strong and modern woman. "Avon's mission is very important to me," Sofia said in a statement about the catalog-based beauty company. "It offers women a way to grow and have financial independence, and that's something I strongly believe in."
For the actress of the Modern Family series, the creation of this fragrance was very special precisely for that reason. "I want to help empower every woman to take control of her life and gain the confidence and the ability to realize her dreams."
According to Vergara, who already has two fragrances with HSN, Sofia by Sofia Vergara and Love by Sofia Vergara, the woman who wears her perfume will not go unnoticed.
"The fragrance is very bold, which is very important to me," the also businesswoman told People magazine. “It is for that bold woman who is her own muse and who is not afraid to show her beauty. [That] that encourages others to live with passion and security, but above all [it is for] that woman who can be both feminine and powerful.”
