A party of colors and patterns was what was seen in the Desigual Fall 2016 collection show.
The collection inspired by a city girl, features oversized scarves, fun prints in strong colors and other shades like blue and brown. Velvet sets and synthetic leather pieces were also seen, ideal garments for the woman who wants to excel in the big city.
The makeup worn by the models also evoked that adventurous woman who wants to conquer the world.
"There are a lot of those colors in the collection, so [makeup] makes a good combination," says Gordon Espinet, who used MAC products to create the beauty look for the collection. “Makeup is not about painting it, but rather about creating a character. You cannot be afraid of being daring, of being unique and standing out from the crowd.”

Contrary to makeup, hair stylist Brian Buenaventura created a more classic and modern look.
"We wanted the tips to be limp and flawless," says Buenaventura, who used Redken products to achieve his goal. "We lean towards a cleaner line so as not to overshadow clothing."
