Kim Kardashian made a show of sincerity during an interview with Elle magazine, which she confessed using the Spanx to model her figure and that she hates flat shoes.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians (E!) Star, who recently shared her second pregnancy, openly talked about her wardrobe tricks during an encounter with the fashion publication.

“Sometimes I wear two pairs of S panx under something or socks. It holds you,”Kim shared, adding that due to fertility treatments to conceive her second child, she has undergone many weight changes.

"I was trying everything [to get pregnant] so I was getting fat and I thought, 'I'm not pregnant yet, I have to be thin.' I felt very insecure,”said the socialite.

In addition, Kim confessed that her wardrobe, which includes latex clothing, is not always comfortable, rather the opposite.
