With numerous freckles splashing her face, the odd line of expression under her eyes and slight skin blemishes. Kate Moss, about to turn 41, joins the fashion of the natural and appears without digital retouching in the latest issue of Vogue Italia magazine.

The session, by photographer Peter Lindbergh, shows the model in black and white, made-up but with a natural look, and slightly disheveled. Some photographs that recall the image of the top in the 90s.

Moss was not the only one to rise up against touch-up software. Keira Knightley, who is routinely digitally breast augmented, posed uneventfully for Interview magazine, Gisele Bündchen appeared without makeup in Sonia Rykiel's fall 2014 campaign, and model Lara Stone was shown in her underwear shortly after giving birth for the System publication.
