Sports and fashion lovers are in luck. Beyoncé announced today that she will launch a sportswear line that will also include footwear and accessories for multiple disciplines such as dance or fitness.
And she will not be alone. The artist has teamed up with Sir Philip Green, owner of Topshop, to create a new company called Parkwood Topshop Athletic Ltd.
"I couldn't think of a better partner to grow the Parkwood business," said the singer. "Working with your team to create a collection is very exciting and I look forward to participating in all aspects of this alliance."

For his part, Green commented to the WWD publication that this union is not like other collaborations that Topshop has made with celebrities such as Kate Moss.
"This is not a collaboration. It is about building a brand. We have been looking for a long time to develop the fashion-inspired sportswear category and now is the time.” On her famous partner, she added: "Creating an alliance with Beyoncé, one of the most hard-working and talented people in the world, who spends many hours dancing, rehearsing and training, is a unique opportunity."

The line, whose final name is not yet known, will be available in autumn 2015. Will it be as glamorous as the clothes she wears at her concerts?
