Mexican Singer Carla Morrison, New Face Of PETA Latino (VIDEO)

Mexican Carla Morrison joins the list of known faces that join the PETA organization to promote the adoption of cats and dogs instead of buying them.

'Always adopt. Never buy 'is the motto of the campaign starring the alternative rock singer, in which she appears singing to her rescued dog Tino her famous hit “You Are”.

"I decided to adopt because … I wanted to pick up an abandoned dog from the street because there are many where I come from," explained the winner of two Latin Grammies in an interview with PETA Latino. Adopt. There are so many (abandoned) dogs, and it breaks my heart to see when they are sold. They feel your love, they understand your feelings and your intentions."

The interpreter joins celebrities such as Morrissey, Rubén Albarrán, Joan Jett, Dave Navarro and Rodrigo y Gabriela, members of PETA and PETA Latino, to promote love for animals.

The ad with Morrison was shot in Mexico City, thus marking the first time that PETA Latino has filmed outside the United States.
