Dancer Nicole "Coco" Austin showed what her body looks like a week after her daughter Chanel Nicole was born and it is actually surprising.
Coco used her social networks to show her “post baby” body to inspire her followers.

“One week post baby, on the left I am 36 weeks pregnant (I had Chanel at 37 weeks). Basically I was in good shape before I got pregnant, but during my pregnancy I stopped my exercise regimen at four months and practically only ate fruits after that. Not just fruit, but that was what I wanted to eat.” Coco said.
“I lost 10 pounds before I even started gaining weight for the baby, probably because 1) I stopped drinking alcohol, 2) I stopped lifting weights and lost a lot of muscle mass, and 3) I started eating very healthy and taking my vitamins daily.. (I will be posting my entire routine soon on my blog www.thecocoblog.com).”
“I gained 13 pounds throughout my pregnancy and am now almost back to normal at 137 pounds. This is all very rare for me too, the way my body reacted so well to pregnancy because I was mentally prepared to put on weight like a whale and I was fine with it. I really didn't care what my body would look like, I couldn't wait to get a big belly and show it off. I would have gone through anything to keep my baby healthy. I really had heaven watching over me and I know how blessed I am. I really think that anyone can have such a wonderful experience like this and that's why I made this blog about babies, so that people know the steps I took. I hope to be an inspiration,”said Chanel's mom.
Coco and her husband, actor and rapper Ice-T, became parents to little Chanel Nicole on November 28. This is Coco's first daughter and Ice-T's third, who has a son and daughter, as well as a granddaughter.
