Mauricio Ochmann admits that his childhood and adolescence were not easy after discovering that he was adopted. "I had to work a lot with myself on the part of [the] feelings, of hiding and putting on this shell and saying I'm not sad," he told the Mexican program Ventaneando.

The actor, who left his home at age 17, says that although he assimilated that he was responsible for himself at a very young age, he continues his work to improve himself on a personal level. "I am my own mother, my own father, I take responsibility [for myself]," he said.

However, and although he has refused to meet your biological parents, he accepts that it is a cycle that must be closed. The best way to do it? Adopting.

"The truth is that if it is a cycle that I feel that at some point I have to close with an adoption, within my life I have that in my checklist," he said.

But not before reaching the altar. Ochmann has a relationship with actress Aislinn Derbez for a year and three months and although he has not yet asked her to marry him, their relationship is going from strength to strength.

“[We have] been living together for about three months. [I am happy. This love is cooking pretty. We are going little by little, "he said.
