It's always an incredible thing to see women supporting each other. It makes our hearts swell seeing any camaraderie between females, which is why Camila Cabello's support for Fifth Harmony is giving us nothing but joy.

In case you missed it, there was so pretty unpleasant drama at the end of last year. Fifth Harmony announced that Camila Cabello had left the group. The remaining four members, Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane, and Lauren Jauregui, claimed that Cabello had informed them of her departure via her “representatives.” Later, Camila denied these allegations, something the band then refuted. Essentially, it was a little bit messy.

Following this back-and-forth, Fifth Harmony have since gone on to forge onwith the band without their fifth member, and Camila has gone solo. In fact, the star opened up about her experiences in the band, and we totally get her decision to leave.

However, it seems that Camila Cabello only has nice words for her former Fifth Harmony sisters, and we love what she has to say

Gracing the cover of Seventeen magazine, in an interview Cabello said that she only wished the band all the best.

"I'll continue to wish them all the best, and I'm happy they are continuing their journey as Fifth Harmony," she said. "I'm also looking forward to hearing new music from the group and their solo endeavors."

Awww, we love this so much. Given the unpleasantness that surrounded her exit, we'd understand if Camila and the remaining members Fifth Harmony had some issues to work out with each other. Yet, it's so nice to see Camila supporting the girls as they move forward.

Continuing, Camila teased her own solo music. Unfortunately, one of the star's songs leaked recently, however it's given us a small taste of what we can expect from her debut solo offering.

"Fifth Harmony wasn't the maximum expression of me individually," she admitted. “My fans are really going to know me from the music I'm writing. My goal is to be brave and open up my soul.”

Camila's fans, nicknamed Camilizers, might have news of new music sooner rather than later. The singer's manager tweeted the following yesterday (February 13th).

It was also teased that the singer had met up with One Republic and songwriter Ryan Tedder (Ariana Grande, Taylor Swift).

We can't wait to see what music Camila has in store for us. Given that while she was in Fifth Harmony she knew her way around a banger (“Work From Home” was the best song of last year don't @ us). Also, it's so great to see her supporting her former bandmates, and we're excited to see what they're all cooking up in the studio, too! What an exciting time for both of them!

Check out the full interview with Camila Cabello in the new issue of Seventeen magazine in stores everywhere on Tuesday, February 21st.
