Actress and singer Christina Milian has partnered with Curve Fragrances for their newest campaign, #CurveYourReality. The series of short videos centers around the weird-yet entertaining-fantasies of young men.
Milian caught up with Chica during the unveiling of the campaign to speak about #CurveYourReality and the importance of smelling good. "Fragrances leave an impression," she says. "Obviously we want to smell good but at the end of the day, I think it's a standout piece that leaves people thinking about you or remembering you somehow."
The series of short videos are published on YouTube and features several funny storylines including a merman and a bathtub filled with spaghetti and meatballs. Each of the different videos has a unique, unexpected twist.
“The #CurveYourReality campaign features real fantasies of Gen Z men. Their fantasies are beyond girls and motorcycles; they are wild, weird and totally amazing,”said Nelson Miranda, Vice President of Marketing, Global Fragrance at Elizabeth Arden. “Through our campaign, we want to share with young men the power of a great scent. A spray of Curve for Men will empower them to unleash the confidence it takes to live their fantasies.”
As a #WCW for many young men, Milian advises them to know the importance of staying on top of their smell. "If he's wise, he has a good scent," says the 35-year-old. “I've fallen in love with men over a scent. It stuck with me [to the point] that when I wasn't with him, I could smell it without being near them. The senses were still lingering.”
As the #CurveYourReality videos played for the first time in the background, Milian couldn't hold back her laughs. “I love the way the ads are something that you don't usually see; opposite of the normal. That's what stood out for me to be a part of the campaign.”
The fragrance Curve for Men has cemented itself as a cult-classic with over 15 years in the market at the top of the list for men's prestige fragrance brand in mass retailers. Be sure to check out the #CurveYourReality videos on youtube.com.
